A: You are able to register via online (www.thanksai.my) or you can visit our office and fill in the registration form.

A: You have to fill in the Membership Application Form, Cooling Period Contract and provide us with a photocopy of your IC (front only). You also have to get details of your Enrolling Sponsor and Placement Sponsor.

A: THANKS AI will recommend a member that will be contacting you and giving you such details.

Q: I have registered as a member through online, what shall be my next step?

A: You must submit all of your application forms (Membership Application Form, Cooling Period Contract and photocopy of your IC (front only)) to the company either by digital or hardcopy. Be reminded that whenever the registration has been made, you are needed to provide us all of the documents within 30 days after the registration date.

Q: What will happen if I do not send the documents to the company before the stated period?

A: You have to make at least one purchase within 6 months to stay active. Q: Can I re-join membership again if my account has been terminated?

A: If your account is being terminated because you do not supply complete documents for registration, you are only able to re-register back the next 6 months after the termination month. If your account is being terminated if no purchase has been made within 6 months continuously, you are able to re-join in the following month as a new member.

ABOUT PAYMENT METHOD
Q: What kind of payment methods that I can do to purchase with THANKS AI?

A: We accept cash, bank transfer, cash deposit, credit/debit card and payment using UPayMe mobile app. If payment is made using bank transfer, cash deposit or UPayMe app, you need to provide receipt as payment proof.

Q: What type of card that is accepted?

A: Only VISA and MASTERCARD are accepted for the moment.

Q: Does THANKS AI provide ‘Cash On Delivery’ service?

A: No, we do not provide such service currently.

Q: Does THANKS AI provide Instalment with 0% Interest?

A: We only provide 0% Instalment for UOB and Public Bank credit card user, subjected to the requirement that the amount of purchase has to be more than MYR1500 in a single transaction. Please note that only 6 months instalment is available. For other bank user, please reach out to the respective bank to inquire about any service offered.

ABOUT MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION / PRODUCT RETURN
Q: If I wish to terminate my membership, what should I do?

A: You are able to request by filling up the Membership Termination Form to THANKS AI and will be processed within 7 days. Your account will be effectively terminated then.

Q: If I wish to terminate my account right after I have registered, will I get a full refund for my purchase?

A: You are able to get full refund for your purchase only if you have requested to terminate within 30 days from your registration date, with conditions all the purchasing unit (together with free gifts if any) to be returned to THANKS AI. Returned products are of units that is not damaged, opened and used.

Q: What happens if I request termination of my membership after 30 days?

A: If you have requested termination after 30 days from your registration date, your refund will be devaluated by 10%. If more than 180 days, no refund will be entertained.

Q: Is there any additional charge if I wish to return the product?

A: If the purchase being paid with credit card (either through terminal or using UPayMe app), there will be a 2% deduction from the total refund.

ABOUT BONUS / INCENTIVE
Q: How can I get the bonus/incentives from THANKS AI?

A: If you meet the requirements needed for each of THANKS AI Bonus Plan, the collected amount will be transferred to the registered bank account on 25th of the following month.

Q: If I did not provide my bank account details before, what should I do?

A: Please provide to us the Amendment Registration information Application Form and we will process it within 7 days.

Q: I have noticed that there is an amount of bonus collected from previous month, but THANKS AI did not credit the amount to my account on 25th of the following month. Why?

A: There are a lot of reasons that may suggest the situation. For instance, your bank account number is registered incorrectly, you did not provide complete documents for your member registration and so on. Please refer to THANKS AI staff for help.

Q: How can I get the uncredited amount?

A: If you have confirmed that the amount is not credited to you, you may request by filling in Special Handling Bonus Application Form to THANKS AI. Please note that you will have to bear MYR20 as a fee upon such request which will be deducted from the total pay-out
